Hello and welcome! I’m Jackson Taravine, a dedicated Physician Assistant with a history in medicine spanning over a decade.
My medical journey began when I graduated from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago Escuela de Medicina, Santiago Campus, with my Doctor of Medicine degree in 2012. Following graduation, I practiced as a physician in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, where I developed a deep appreciation for diverse healthcare needs and the importance of culturally sensitive care.
In my pursuit of excellence and to better serve patients in the United States, I transitioned to become a Physician Assistant, completing my certification in 2022. This unique pathway—training as a foreign medical doctor and practicing as a U.S. PA—has given me a distinctive perspective on patient care.
Today, I practice full-time in Arizona, focusing on Family Medicine and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injury care. Whether you need a routine physical, chronic condition management, or post-accident treatment, I am here to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.
